Absolutely - it is also hilarious to me that you use cheese as your "control" here in this writing. I myself have been struggling with this - I use the "I am 95% vegan" excuse and have substantially cut down cheese in my diet- BUT why have chosen to go 🌱 in the first place? Because it makes me feel good more healthy in mind and body.
