Building generational wealth requires a family tax, the decision to capitalize on the "winfall" member in family is not isolated to one culture or another IMHO .

Some families do it better than others - some are elephants and protect and some are hyenas that eat the weaker one in the pack.

Paparazzi do everything in their power to create the wedges and cracks in these family units , why because homo sapiens like success stories but love the train wrecks more. I wrote about this in my story here about Brittney Spears.
