Rachel and this metric is growing. I have turned down over a 100 wannabe founders that have no idea what the cost of capturing customers is. They have a build it and they will come mentality.

Build an audience first then build a product and building a real audience is incredibly hard and expensive- likes and follows are not an audience either.
