The difference between a valuable, experienced employee and a newcomer (in whom you would rather invest time) is often not in their broader domain knowledge, but in their contextual knowledge: They know the people, the data, the processes of my organization. They know what works, what doesnβt, and whom to talk to when things donβt work. An experienced model could have this contextual knowledge. That would be incredibly valuable: Working 24/7 for just a few cents per hour.
