Correction on my part BTW - I slipped into fascist thinking LOL its not up to the DEMs it is up to the people and the judiciary- pressure should come from congress and executive but not judgment. Even the most pensive of us can slide into totalitarian ideology hence why our job is to protect American democracy not any one politician- phew I feel better 😬
