Garland would have been an awesome SCOTUS justice where time is necessary to weigh the final decisions- I think his pace doesn’t fit well with the threat in hand as AG- but I understand the landmines he is trying to avoid.

The law only works for those who are willing to follow it. Trump and the GOP are no longer willing to do that. They flood the gates of our legal process to stall all justice- it is a tactic that has made us weak. Every time a GOP Senator chooses party over fact and our laws we become less of a country and more of a fallen nation.

The only way to save us is for Moderates on both sides of the political spectrum to align OR massive protests in the streets stopping commerce - red and blue moderates side by side telling the clowns of Congress we are done with the TV reality show.
