Good advice-
Early on I made this mistake while testing MVPs at trade shows- I kept getting positive feedback and even preorder commitments - when I got to delivery and call back all those "hot" leads less than 2% were still interested. The ones who weren't then proceeded to tell me why my product didn't serve them.
Find the pushback as fast as you can it will save you time and money.
