Gotta read the CIA work thanks!! Jim Ladd had a show on KLOS started around midnight. This was back in the late 80s. He used to do out of body meditations- he warned the audience to not try unless you were ready- I worked in alarm center by myself - the meditation started around 2am. One night I gave it a go- it worked and scared the sheat out of me - never did it again. I am again intrigued as an older soul. Into the void we go.
