I have read both Jung and the Stoics you make a good argument on each of why and when to read them- the deeper dive is a journey into behavioral studies of humans IMHO -

What does it matter the stories we tell each other and ourselves the truth of our meaning will never be shown until that moment of death.

All we have here and now is the society we care for and life we curate and that moment we prepare for the void.
