I like this article but this statement is flawed- the past is mo indication of what will occur in the future- yes statistically we can measure from 0 to 1 and hope for trending but chaos theory as always represents the variable we can not model.

I myself am putting an investment in ETH one stake of 35 and letting it live. I am risk adverse but ETH seems to be the one BC that has utility.
