Lets take my pseudonym Bigga Bigga P as an example- its clearly hiphop in origin and I produced numerous hiphop artists circa 1996 onward. The "plaka" was given to me by others and stuck + I like the rhythm of it, being a percussionist as well.

So my question have I somehow disrespected another culture, yours? and is the line you would want to draw? would you like me to retire it?

I ask out of respect to your point, and rhetorical because in practice that name lives on many licenses and I doubt I would change it. Unless I am truly missing something horrible about my logic.
