I wont tell anyone how or where to find this guide but you can find it. It was given to me by someone at the high level or actually her father was. It is a guide to communicate and meet at least one other life-form. I read it and decided I wanted to remain here in the present with my family and friends. I never attempted the contact but kept the book close and safe.

Then I met a woman in my 30s, beautiful way out of my league- we dated for four days and she disappeared- never heard from her again and my guide was gone.
