If I accepted your premise of this "statistic" then I would guess your next point is that they deserve vigilante justice? maybe a better way would be to understand why, again if I accepted your premise. In your heart do you believe people of color are predisposed to commit violent acts or maybe you could allow environment and systemic racism some contributing factors to the "why".

Interesting that you choose not to include financial crimes in your stat. I would argue that financial crime does more damage to society and kills many more people- further it creates more division in wealth. Do you know what race is on top of that list?
