Interesting insight - I am so lucky I could retire early. Managing people is hard enough, doing it while making enough of a profit to continue and grow, pay everyone’s benefits plus all the HR concerns is a feat of epic proportions.

Once that is taken care of you have to make the customer happy- no wait not just happy - they have to experience a life affirming event while eating a burrito.
