Interesting that certain people who game “the system” are considered genius and entrepreneurial, savvy and capitalists; while other people who find loop holes in social programs to survive in a country that doesn’t consider them equal or worthy to vote (half of America) consider this kind of gaming as criminal.

I know race wasn’t a part of your article, I am just pointing out what your words triggered in me. Granted I am predisposed to my own sensitivity.
