Ok here is the rub and what I keep struggling with when writing.

Details are important until they remove you from the story. It is a slippery slippery slope. You have to be so honest and focused that the words deserve a spot in your story.

I find that I have to write four pages to get to one that actually works and is entertaining.

You cannot be lazy if you want to write. JAFO
