Setting a date is counter productive IMHO it isn't that by 20XX we are doomed- we are already there - and no one will stop it - it is our destiny and maybe always was to destroy ourselves and make way for the new - possibly ai

The wealthy will build their mega yachts and try and ride it out- but in the end they will disappear as well. We forgot the golden rule. We chose comfort over purpose.
