Thats the most honest statement I have seen on the subject. Play but know the sandbox you are in. This is not about value it is about taking from others when they aren’t better prepared.

Me I will never enter but I am old and set. Its fun to watch the youths play in the sandbox- but sad to see them get grifted- capitalism is greedy and it is the game. A son of my close friend has lost all his college fund and downpayment for a house. Know the risk.
