The comments below are admirable but blind to what this means- the nuke genie will not go back into the bottle. The world has many insane tyrants with nukes so just add this MFucka on that list, and when the opportunity exists, Jason Bourne his arse- until then, I like your solution- but I would like to live the rest of my years above ground.
