Then using that logic if a person was to protect the capital from these rioters using force they would be justified- I wonder if you think a person of color who killed one of those rioters would have been found not guilty? I am talking about a civilian not police or military.

I want to say something important here; there were people in the riot who did try to stop the organized riot and I commend those. It was chaos and a truly sad sad day for this nation.
